For the first time, I downloaded the EZTABLE app on my iphone to book a table for two at The Boss. App was easy to navigate and make a reservation. Day before the actual booking, one of the staff members called me up to remind me and confirm my reservation.

Taka 18 - A pearl among the giant oysters in Jordan

Often, the best stuff is hidden in plain sight. Taka 18, a Japanese Western (dare I say haute-fusion?) restaurant, stands as a pearl among the giant oyster filled with the endless crowds, neon lights and shopping malls of Jordan, Kowloon. Nestled on the first floor of a quiet street behind the Prudential Centre, its distance from street level keeps the atmosphere all the more exclusive.

Luckily, I was able to book with EZTABLE App, which is quite convenient for a place like Hong Kong where long queues at restaurants always seem to take precedence at around lunch and dinnertime.

與友人A素來是日本菜的愛好者，一段時間沒有見面以後的聚會決定要去重拾上年一起去日本吃吃喝喝的美好回憶。她想吃鐵板燒，我想吃刺身──why not both？Google了一下，發現有家足以一次過滿足兩個願望的餐廳，地點在大家都算滿就腳的銅鑼灣，於是扑槌選定鉄人旨花。

Michelin Level Hotpot Joint in Hong Kong: Gainmore Cuisine!

I love trying different hotpots, especially in the winter. When I saw the listing on EZTABLE, an app for restaurant reservations, I was eager to try it out. I reserved on the app and was able to change the time and number of people easily. I decided to go for Gainmore Cuisine, a restaurant included in Michelin Guide’s as one of their Bib Gourmand restaurant, featured as those offering "exceptional good food at moderate prices"!

和牛出色，午餐＠正道和牛燒肉

星期一放假，也是見朋友的好時候，抓來友人一同吃午餐，就吃燒肉吧！銅鑼灣的話，Futago 吃過也很喜歡，焼肉善充沒有再吃的理由，那就吃新店吧！信和廣場的那家燒肉店也轉了手，主力吃和牛，也就來試試看吧！銅鑼灣站 C 口走幾分鐘，地理位置上也很優勝了！

在美國時慣性使用手機程式訂位，原來香港也有不少針對餐廳的應用程式！這回用的是 EZTABLE，訂完位更可以 sync 到日程表與發出邀請給友人，正合我這個懶人！

地方很明淨光猛，門口的左手邊有一張吧檯，吧檯也可吃燒肉！要是下班 happy hour 來飲一杯吃吃烤肉，相信也會很寫意！平日人不多，但為了有足夠燈光拍照也只好放棄卡位了！
